Child protection and player safety are fundamental. PFWADA works with clubs, academies, and community programmes to implement safeguarding standards across football.

We train staff to recognise and report abuse, ensure safe recruitment practices, and monitor environments where young people play.

Every young player has the right to develop in safety and respect.
