PFWADA proudly represents female footballers across the professional game, championing equal pay, safe working conditions, and professional standards within the women's game.

We work with clubs, the NFF, and CAF to ensure women players receive the same contractual rights, access to facilities, and medical support as their male counterparts.

Our Women's Football Committee supports players through career advice, legal help, and welfare initiatives designed specifically for the women's game. The future of football is inclusive — and women will be central to its success.
