As the collective representative body for all professional players we represent, PFWADA stands at the negotiating table to secure better pay, conditions, and respect for footballers. We advocate for fair contracts, safe working environments, and the right to organise.

Every player has the right to be treated with dignity, to receive agreed wages, and to have their voice heard. Our representation extends from grassroots academies to senior internationals, ensuring equality and fairness across the entire game.
