Grassroots & Youth Development

Grassroots football is the foundation of national success. PFWADA advocates for better facilities, qualified coaches, and safe environments for young players across the professional game.

We work with local governments, schools, and private partners to identify and nurture talent ethically.

Our aim is to build a clear, corruption-free pathway from grassroots to professional football.
