Player-to-Coach Transition Scheme

The PFWADA Player-to-Coach Transition Scheme helps retiring players move confidently into coaching careers.

Through mentorship, funding, and partnership with CAF and NFF academies, we ensure that valuable on-field experience is not lost after retirement.

Former professionals play a vital role in shaping future generations — PFWADA makes that transition structured and supported.
